SELF REFLECTION for Balance
Creating Balance can be an impossible task if we are not sure what balance means to us. I have created a few easy worksheets as journalling prompts for you to help create a little room to find more clarity of mind and spirit. Remember Balance is not something to achieve on a given day or in a moment. Balance can be looked at as a continuous spectrum, with variations - but when we look at the course of more time, like 6 months or a year, achieving a more harmonious balance in our lives can be more possible.
