More than Wellness, more than Beauty
I first discovered House of Bothania last year, via my friend Emma who works with this beautiful enterprise. House of Bothania is not a beauty brand or a perfume company. It’s so much deeper and wider, encompassing both beauty and wellbeing and the intersection of all my worlds, so I am committed to working with these products and sharing them both here and on Balance by Tahira - my sister business.
Working with these oils and perfumes has helped me ground and connect, and I use them in a few different ways, for myself and beginning with my clients as well.
What / Who is House of Bothania?
I cannot describe House of Bothania myself so here is a quote directly from their site:

Created in Norway by Silje Engelstand Natland who had a “download” to create the garden where Bothania is based and the products. All the oils and perfumes are made in Norway, they are Vegan + Cruelty-free, made with as little environmental impact as possible. There is a selection of 7 essences, that come in Perfume Oils or Perfume Sprays. Each scent is a unique combination of ingredients that on the surface seem like a normal perfume, with Top, Heart and Base Notes, but with the way they are created, there is so much more.

Our bioenergetic perfumes hold 5D Light Frequencies that are “access codes” to the unconscious. They trigger certain information within us and they send information directly into our being. They are a way of receiving information to facilitate our development. They are a tool used to raise our state of consciousness to a new frequency.

How do I use them?
Of course, the oils and perfumes can be used as any other, just to fragrance yourself applied to the pulse points. But they are created and designed to be so much more. These scents work like essential oils to open up different thought and emotional pathways,as well as connect to wisdom on a deeper level.
The Alchemist Set is a collection of all 7 of the perfumes, along with a unique set of cards for each one, with the frequency, colour, crystal, scent notes, and intuitive wisdom notes that add additional information and what that aroma may inspire within you. This of course is the dream set, with all 7 essences and the card set to guide you. but each perfume and oil is available separately for specific desires.

other ways to use the essences
I sometimes use the cards to guide me towards using the scent that corresponds to the energy I want to harness and feel, and other times, I allow myself to be intuitively led, picking a card or a scent at random.
Silje explained to me that the Perfume Sprays absorb more directly into the body because of the way the oils are carried. Meanwhile the oils have a slower more gentle release and can also be used in a diffuser or in a spray bottle. Please consult the How to Use Tab to learn more about the many ways to use the oils here.
I also use the oil in a diffuser that I carry with me when I am doing my talks to help me create an ambience around me. I just place 8-10 drops in the absorbent core of my mini magnetic diffuser pictured above. I also like to rub some oil between my palms to warm it up and waft it into the air around me.
These essences have been part of my morning ritual for a few months now, and are an integral part of my preparation before meetings or events and I know you will love them as much as I do.
