In addition to the brands below, I can also recommend for their ethics and efficacy: Floradix for digestable Iron + B vitamins, Viridian Health ( I take the magnesium and have taken the Omegas in the past), Terra Nova (I have taken their Easy Iron on and off for over 10 years and Kiki Health ( green powder) supplements. I have also taken the Better You Sprays for years. Mainly the Vitamin D, but I have also recently added the B Complex Spray to my routine.

Please note I don’t take all these supplements at the same time, these are products I have tried over the years, but always with guidance from an expert. That said, I have consistently taken the Raw Collagen powder for a few years now on top of any other vitamins.

Advanced Nutrition Programme make my favourite supplements ever! Their formulations are led by lots of science and research but are firmly rooted in environmental protection. I have been taking Raw Beauty Lab Vegan Collagen supplement for a few years now and I still love it. I also sometimes add it to my son’s smoothies.

I know we all want something quick and easy to plump up our faces, but that’s not what this is about. Lyma Make Premium Skin products - The Lyma at home Laser is an extremely high-end facial device, and their supplements are no different. they have very high-end cutting edge ingredients and firmly believe that the supplement industry should be more regulated. I tried these for 3 months and did find my skin, hair and nails to have been in excellent condition. They are at quite a luxury price point but offer WAAAAY more than a normal beauty supplement. The Lyma Supplements support overall health, skin health, help improve concentration and mental performance, help reduce anxiety and more.

I did find that some of the benefits of more concentration came after month 2, however, I cannot honestly speak to the full benefits as there was a lot going on in my life at the time I was on month 3 of trying them and I became a bit irregular with taking them. I will say that I did feel my sleep was more profound !

I also do not regularly suffer from Anxiety which these supplements promise to calm, so I cannot speak to that either. I do love the beautiful case that is available to house them beautifully in your kitchen so you remember to take them! They are very well researched there are a lot of positive testimonials here available.
