2024 Updated Sunscreen Edit

New! Welcome back to my sunscreen edit for 2024! Some notable additions include tinted options (let me know if you have trouble finding your shade) from Ilia Beauty and RMS Beauty, as well as sheer options in SPF 50 from Odacité and Jurlique. At the time of writing MArch 2024, I have yet to update the Kids one but working on it!

Please also consider using a hat, remaining in the shade, and wearing long covering clothing to protect yourself from burning your skin - however, I do believe in a short amount of unprotected sun time - about 7-15 minutes before 10 am or after 3/4 pm - This is a personal belief so don’t take it to the bank! I also would not do this in the summer months!

For Kids

These tend to be a bit thicker, but also last longer, even in water. they have a slight “diaper cream” consistency to them - Ultra Sun is not an organic brand but excellent for reef safe technology. See details for each one here

AFTER SUN

Soothe your tender skin. I often mix these with a normal moisturiser and body oil for extry hydration and protection of fragile skin.
